About Tarek Salem Sensei is the founder and chief instructor of Bu-jutsu. Tarek has a 4th Dan at JKA WF and has a lot of experience in karate. He was part of the Egypt National Competition Team. He also has his A license as an instructor and as a referee at JKA WF.
Domin Dalessi

Grade 1st Dan
About Domin Dalessi is an experienced instructor at Bu-jutsu. In daily life he is a teacher at a secondary school. Domin holds the 1st Dan at KBN.
Guido Filippini
Position Senpai
Grade 1st Dan
About Guido is a regular with the youth. He holds the 1st Dan from KBN.
Alisa Scherpenhuizen
Position Senpai
Grade 1st Dan
About Alisa is a role model for the youth through her drive. Alisa is part of the selection team of JKA Netherlands and holds the 1st Dan at JKA WF. At the European Championships of 2024 and 2025 she reached the top 32 of Europe.
Lotte van der Beek
Position Senpai
Grade 1st Dan
About Lotte is the youngest member of the coaching staff. Lotte is part of the selection team of JKA Netherlands and holds the 1st Dan at JKA WF. At the European Championships of 2024 and 2025 she reached the top 32 of Europe and at the World Championships of 2024 she reached top 64 of the world.
